DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY

The Minimum order for FREE delivery is KD 10 for all areas.

Promotional Items will only be delivered if more than half of the shopping cart value is from non-promotional items.

Orders placed will be delivered within 4 hours after the order has been finalized and scanned, or at a time preferred by the customer after this 4 hour period has passed.

 

Last in day delivery order will be accepted until 6pm, after this time, any orders placed will be delivered the next day at a time specified by the customer.

 

Delivery times are available between 8:00 am - 10 pm.

 

Minimum order amounts apply.  Any order below this amount will not be fulfilled via the website.

 

Payment is required at the time of delivery.

Payment can be made by CASH, KNET or CREDIT CARD

 

RETURNS

Customers can return any item at the time of delivery, with the driver and will not be charged for the respective item(s).

 

For items the customer wishes to return after this point:

 

INVOICE/TILL RECEIPT

Please keep your invoice and till receipt for proof of purchase.  No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

SEVEN DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Provided that the merchandise is complete with box and packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If the product is found defective after one week of purchase, the item will be collected for repair only (NO EXCHANGE). 

The product will be looked after through the supplier service center.
