DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY 

DELIVERY

The Minimum order for delivery is KD 10 for all areas.

Promotional Items will only be delivered if more than half of shopping cart value is from non-promotional items.

Orders placed will be delivered after the order has been Confirmed, finalized and scanned, at Time Given by Us or at a time preferred by the customer after certain hours period has passed. Due to All Orders are delivered Combined

Last in day delivery order will be accepted until 6 PM, after this time, any orders placed will be delivered the next day at a time specified by the customer. As well as after 6 PM offer orders cannot be taken if the present date is end of offers period.

Delivery times are available between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Payment is required at the time of delivery.

Payment can be made by CASH, KNET or CREDIT CARD

RETURNS

Customers can return any item at the time of delivery, with the driver and will not be charged for the respective item(s).

For items the customer wishes to return after this point:

INVOICE/TILL RECEIPT

Please keep your invoice and till receipt for proof of purchase.  No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

SEVEN DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Provided that the merchandise is complete with box and packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If the product is found defective after one week of purchase, the item will be collected for repair only (NO EXCHANGE). 

The product will be looked after through the supplier service center.
