Delivery and Returns Policy
- The minimum order value for delivery KD10 in Kuwait
- Delivery Charge of KD1 will apply on each order.
- Promotional Items will only be delivered if more than half of shopping cart value is from non-promotional items.
- Order will be delivered after the order has been confirmed, finalized and scanned, at a time allotted by Saveco or a time preferred by the customer after certain hour’s period has passed, due to all orders are delivered Combined.
- Promotional offers will be valid if delivered during the promotional period, as well as after 6 PM offer orders cannot be taken if the present date is end of offers period.
- Order placed after 6 PM will be delivered the next day at a time allotted by Saveco or a time preferred by the customer.
- Delivery times are available between 10:00 am - 11:00 pm.
- Payment is required at the time of delivery.
- Payment can be made by CASH, KNET or CREDIT CARD.
Customer can return any item at the time of delivery to the driver and will not be charged for the respective item(s).
For items the customer wishes to return after this point:
Please keep your invoice and till receipt for proof of purchase. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
SEVEN DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
Provided that the merchandise is complete with box and packaging, and in a condition acceptable by Saveco.
If the product is found defective after one week of purchase, the item will be repaired only and not exchanged.
The product will be looked after through the supplier service center.
