Yes, you can return/cancel items at point of delivery with the following exceptions

  1. No items that are detailed on the NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE items list.
  2. The total delivered order cannot go below 10KD in value.
  • Click “Create an Account” ⟶ Enter the personal details in the form with a strong password
  • Website will send account verification link to given email & verification code to mobile.
  • Open e-mail and verify the account.
  • Then click on verify mobile button in website and enter the verification code to complete the registration.
  • After this, enter email ID and password to login into website account.
  • Login into website with registered username & password ⟶ Go to My Account ⟶ Update personal info, address and other required updates.
  • Enter e-mail ID ⟶ click on “Forgot Password” ⟶ System will send the “Re-set” password link to the email ⟶ Enter new password and re-type the same password ⟶ Click “Re-set password” button.
