Refund & Exchange Policy
Our policy for refund and exchange is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. After the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
When you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason with any product/s, you can return the product for a refund at the time of delivery, with the driver.
After this point in time and up until 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase, we accept refunds or exchanges of any product purchased from any of our online services or from any of our stores subject to compliance to the following conditions:
- A Till Receipt/Invoice must be presented for all refunds and exchanges.
- The item/s must be in good condition, in original packaging, not used or damaged or expired.
- The item/s doesn’t belong to the Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable products category.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
